Xbox spokesman, Major Nelson, has just confirmed that Halo 3 sat in more Xbox 360 disc trays last week than any other game, at least when played online, this is based on global unique gamers.
Call Of Duty briefly held this honor two weeks ago.
Recently, sales of Halo 3 and Call Of Duty 4 have been neck and neck, they have been battling with each other as they both strive to be king of the Xbox Live. COD4 was named the best selling game of 2007. However, Halo 3 has done magnificently well to practically match COD4 sales as it is only available on one platform and that is the Xbox 360.
