What’s the Meaning of Xbox 360 3 Red Lights
If you are crazy about playing console games, you might find the 3 red lights fix of great importance since it can be a painful experience to watch your game freeze during an intense game play just to start displaying annoying little red lights There are several guides in the market that claim to provide the right way to fix your Xbox 360 3 red lights, but they require a small fee. Even though you can get the solution immediately, aren’t you a tad bit curious as to why the 3 red lights comes up in the first place?
Xbox 360 and overheating
Basically, the answer is overheating. When you play with the Xbox 360 console for way too long, the chips on the mother board start to heat up leading to the loosening of the soldering in place. This triggers your console to shut down and starts displaying three flashing red lights.
There are instances when only one or two lights will be flashing, or the DVD drive might go out of wack. This overheating of the console can lead to several other internal problems as well. This problem can easily be fixed with the help of a clear xbox 360 repair guide. Without a proper fix guide you will have to take the game console to a local repair shop that will only return it to you in a matter or days.
The tools necessary for an Xbox 360 three red lights fix
Most of the xbox repair guides can be found on the internet claiming to show you how to fix the flashing red lights problem using basic home equipments, usually a screwdriver and some other materials. All these equipments if not available in your garage can be easily found in any hardware shop.
A special warning that has to be given here is that if you open the console yourself and you don’t turn to an authorized service for help, the Xbox loses the warranty. You’ll be on your own if anything goes wrong afterwards or you’ll pay for the necessary repairs.
Xbox 360 Games on Consoles and PCs
Next generation has become an old term in recent years. The Xbox 360 came out years ago, but it is still capable of producing incredible graphics (although the graphical power of PCs has greatly surpassed all of the next gen consoles). If you’re looking for not only a great gaming console but an all-in-one home theater system, then the Xbox 360 game system will appeal to you. It’s great fun for the entire family. Video games, movies, music, and Internet features will entertain everyone.
Blockbuster Titles
The biggest Xbox 360 games have sold millions already, and they will most likely continue to sell millions in the months and years to come. Video games like Grand Theft Auto IV, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and Halo 3 have all sold tremendously well on the Xbox 360. However, there are still many big titles to come. Some of the biggest upcoming Xbox 360 games include Fallout 3, Halo Wars, and Civilization Revolution. Gamers will be able to choose from strategy, fighting, shooting, and roleplaying games, and the selection of Xbox 360 games is bound to grow.
With hundreds of Xbox 360 games to choose from, gamers can experience 1080i grahics on their high definition televisions and high fidelity surround sound audio. Unfortunately, the HD-DVD optical disc format is now extinct, so gamers on the on the Xbox 360 will be stuck with normal DVDs. Of course, side by side comparisons clearly show Xbox 360 grahics to be superior to those of its nearest competitor, the Playstation 3, even without the extra storage capacity found in Blu-ray discs. With better graphics and a cheaper price tag, what more could gamers ask for?
With so many Xbox 360 games already available and more coming out each year, gamers will find their experience with the Xbox 360 pro system to always be exciting. All of the big genres are covered, even strategy games which have traditionally been a bastion of PC gaming. However, Microsoft develops both the Xbox platform and Windows, so gamers can expect a lot of crossover titles between the two platforms. For example, Xbox 360 games such as Bioshock, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and Gears of War all appear on the PC as well. This allows gamers with incredibly fast PCs to experience even more amazing graphics, which all gamers can have affordable gameplay with the Xbox 360 console.
Future Game Releases to Look Forward to
With so many big releases like Killzone 2, Halo Wars and Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X already come and gone, there are still so many more planned, I thought this would be a good post to write. So, here are some of the games that you should be looking forward to throughout the next coming months and the entire year really.
- Residient Evil 5 is the first one really worth mentioning, however, I personally won’t be buying this game, I just find it stupid how you can’t move and shoot or reload and shoot, but that’s just my opinion. I anticipate that when this one comes out on March 13th, it will be a massive hit.
- Crysis: Maximum Edition - This isn’t a new game, but a box set of all the games rolled into one, you get Crysis, Crysis Warhead and Crysis Wars (the multiplayer) and if you haven’t yet played any of them, that will be the perfect box set for you. The game is planned to release on March 20th.
- Singstar: Queen - March 20th.
- Aliens Colonial Marines. Not much has been released about this one so far, but considering how good the Alien films are, I have high hopes. Odd release dates though for it, March 27th for PC and then unconfirmed for PS3 and Xbox 360.
- Batman Arkam Asylum. As I am a huge Batman fan, I hope this is going to be a good game. By the looks of the trailer you have to fight your way around the asylum. Looks like separate release dates for PS3 and 360, not convinced though.
- The Godfather 2 - 10/04
- The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena. If you loved the first Riddick game, then you will love this one. with voices of Vin Diesel and still with a bit of FPS and hand combat involved, it should be a good game. Planned for release on April 24th.
- Fuel - I have only seen a few screenshots for this one, and it looks alot like the PS3 game, Motorstorm. Hopefully, it’s going to be a great racing game.
- XMen Origins: Wolverine. We’ll just have to see how good this one is as it is a move game, some are good, some are bad.
- Terminator Salvation - 22/05
- Prototype - A strange one, you play as a genetically modified person who now has super powers, might be good. Set for release in June 2009
- Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Conviction - This game has been in development for a long long time so it really carries alot of expectations but lets hope it will be released when they say this time, June 2009.
- The Sims 3 - Although alot of people play the Sims games, I hate them, simply because I think they have milked it too much. The amount of expansions for the game is insane, but I know people will want to get it, so here it is in the list.
- Ghostbusters - Who ya gonna call? June 19th
- Dirt 2 - 9/09
- Tekken 6 - 25/09
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 - This game was only announced recently but it will definitely be a massive hit, with the amount of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare’s sold and the amount of awards it picked up, this sequel will hopefully be even better.
- Battlefield: Bad Company 2
It looks like a pretty good upcoming year for games. My fingers are crossed that no game publishers or developers end up going bust before those games are released.
